What we collect

Your name, email and password (stored securely), onboarding answers about your skills and goals, the resume and portfolio content you create and the job applications you track. When online payment launches, payment details are handled by our payment provider; we do not store card numbers.

Writing help

Only when you click a writing help button, the text in that box plus the professional details it needs (such as your skills and target role — never your name, contact details, password or payment information) are sent to our AI writing provider (Groq) to create a suggestion. We keep a usage record (feature, time, success or failure) but not your text.

How we use it

To run your dashboard and tools, verify payments, send account emails like verification and password reset, and improve the service. We do not sell your data.

Who can see it

Only you and our admins can see your profile and onboarding details. Your portfolio becomes public only when you publish it.

Your choices

You can edit your details anytime and delete your account in Settings, which removes your data.
