Job Ready Membership

Job Ready is a membership at ₱299 per month. Each approved payment gives 30 days of access. Manual payments do not renew automatically, and you can cancel anytime: access continues until the end of the paid period, and Job Ready access expires unless a renewal payment is approved. Cancelling does not automatically create a refund.

When we refund

We refund in full if you were charged twice, charged but your pack was never activated, or if a technical problem on our side stops you from using paid features and we cannot fix it within 7 days.

When we don't

Because access starts immediately, we generally do not refund once the pack is active and has been used — for example after publishing a portfolio or downloading a resume PDF. BISDAKS VA does not guarantee jobs, clients or income.

How to request

Send a "Payment Issue" request from the Support page, or email support@bisdaks.com within 14 days of payment with your payment date and reference number. We reply within 3 business days.
