Bisdaks is a listing platform that connects local buyers and sellers. By using Bisdaks, you agree to the following terms.

1. Listing platform only

Bisdaks does not handle payment, delivery, or guarantees of items. All transactions happen directly between buyers and sellers.

You are responsible for the items you list, the truthfulness of your descriptions, and the safety of your transactions.

Listings that are fraudulent, illegal, dangerous, or otherwise harmful may be removed at our discretion.

Suspicious or abusive users can be banned at any time. Banned users may not create new accounts.

We may update these terms. Continued use of Bisdaks means you accept any updates.
